THE PROCESS
All Silkcards products are ptinted on a 4-colour Heidelberg Press. The output resolution is at 300 dpi with a 175 line screen which insures that all prints will be produced with the highest clarity and sharpness. The Heidelberg press is custom fitted with an inline laminator which will laminates both sides of the cards at once. The printing and lamination are done in one process which cuts cost and time. Then the print goes under the heat and gets heat set to dry. This allows the lamination to seal. This process will protect the ink from being damaged. That's what makes thesecards so durable and resistant to tearing. A quality card at an affordable price.
